Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately at WhatsApp’s 016-2162134 .

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered the processing stage.
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • If an order is canceled after payment, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a refund for the unavailable item.

If you place multiple orders, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and processing times. You will be notified if this is the case.

If you receive an incorrect order (wrong item, quantity, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
