Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read our full refund and returns policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear or swimwear.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund. These include:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
